Training:   The BRC is designed for beginning riders. Approximately five hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of riding exercises in a controlled environment provide a complete introduction to motorcycling. The course is conducted over two or three sessions. Motorcycles and helmets are provided for your use during the course. Prerequisite: students must be able to ride a bicycle. The student must complete all training time to receive a certificate of completion.

Tuition:  student agrees to pay  $150.00 for motorcycle training. If the student is a minor his/her legal guardian agrees to pay the above fee. Payment of tuition shall be paid upon enrollment to guarantee registration for class.  There will be a $35.00 charge assessed to all returned checks.

Refunds:  Due to administrative cost, equipment and other related expenses; Precision Driving School has strict refund policy.  In the event that a student must cancel attendance the student must notify Precision Driving School within 72 hours prior to class date.  Once the course has begun, we offer no refund.  If circumstances requie student to “Drop Out”.  During the course;  the instructors must be notified as to reason (s). and a determination will be on case by case basis to determine the obligation of Precision Driving School to reschedule the student.  Failure is not consideration for refund, whole or partial.  A student that is “DROPPED ”from the course by the instructor  due to poor physical skills or balance will be allowed an opurtunity to reschedule at later time for 50% of original tution.  In the event that P.D.S. must cancel a class the students will be allowed to reschedule at their convenience.   The school will not refund any of tuition if the school is ready to fulfill its part of this agreement and/or is prevented from doing so by lack of cooperation of the student and/or his/her legal guardian

Operation: Precision Driving School agrees to operate and conduct the school in accordance with rules for (M.S.F.) Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and Commercial Driver Training, Department of Public Safety.

This instrument contains the entire contract between parties and no changes or amendments thereto shall he binding upon the parties, unless made in writing.
